We're looking for a Mental Health Support Worker (Housing - Floating Support)

MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT WORKER (Housing – Floating Support) 24/REC/694

Location:  NHSCT

Hours: 20 hours

Salary: £11,235.73 - £12,500.80 (Grade 1)

Starting Salary: £11,235.73

Duration: Permanent

Closing date: 12 noon, Wednesday 31st January 2024

 Support and empower people affected by mental health issues live their best lives, underpinned by the recovery model.

What we ask for from you:

  • Level 2 Essential Skills in Maths and English

            or GCSE Grade C or above in Maths and English

  • Able to demonstrate a minimum of 3 to 6 months recent experience, providing support to people with a mental illness either in a paid or voluntary position

            OR

      Demonstrate a minimum of 6 months experience of providing support in a paid or          voluntary capacity in another care setting

  • To be willing to work various shifts which may include days, nights, evenings, and weekends
  • NISCC Registration or eligible to be registered from commencement of role
  • The ability to demonstrate alignment with MindWise’s core values of Passion, Respect, Empathy, Togetherness, Openness & Transparency
